Sunday 15th November 2026
Established in 1981, ‘The Preston 10’ Road Race has become a major feature in the race calendar. With a prestigious history, this well established, popular race brings large fields of over 500 runners to Hutton in mid-November. The fast, flat course attracts many runners looking for a pb. In 2021 a 5 Mile race was added to the event.
The race will once again incorporate the Lancashire AA 10 Mile Road Championship and the Northern Masters AC 10 Mile Championship.
There is also the opportunity to run a one lap 5 mile race.
The race has chip timing, and all finishers receive a technical race tee shirt.
Race Route
The race starts on Moor Lane, close to Hutton Grammar School, and follows a 2 lap course to finish at Hutton Village Hall. The 5 mile course follows the same course for 1 lap.
