Nichola Jackson won the ladies Stoop fell race over the windswept Bronte moors from Penistone Country Park for the second successive year. She finished strongly, in 28th place overall with a time of 37.48 for the 5 mile and 800 feet of climb course.
George Arnold set a new vet 80 record in 77.31 whilst Steve Bamber finished in 43.54. Tom Adams of Ilkley won for the 4th time in 30.14, ahead of 8 times winner Rob Hope of Pudsey & Bramley. There were 306 finishers, many being very muddy by the end of the race!
