Race Times 12.30pm under 11 girls 12.45pm u11 boys 1pm u13 girls 1.20pm u13 boys/u15 girls 1.40pm u15 boys/u17 women 2pm, under 17 men/u20 and senior women and vet 70 men 2.30pm, u20 men, senior men.
Please bring your already used Mid Lancs League number if you’ve run this season at either or both of Ulverston and Hyndburn.(don’t bring the Liverpool number if you still have it) If you’ve not run at Ulverston or Hyndburn, please go to the club tent first…in plenty of time.
