Sat 8 Feb 2020, Blackpool Venue: Lawson’s Showground, East Park Drive, Blackpool, FY3 9RT Directions: Take Exit 4 off the M55, towards Blackpool/North Shore. Take the 3rd exit from roundabout onto Preston New Road (A583) towards Blackpool. 2.1 miles. Turn right onto South Park Drive (signposted for Blackpool Zoo). At mini roundabout take the 2nd exit, 0.6miles.
Parking on the Lawsons Field site will be reserved for officials and marshals and one member from each club bringing the club tent. The gates to Lawson’s Field will be closed at 11.15am and no vehicle will be able to enter the site after this time. Runners will need to allow extra time to park up and walk to the event.
Please do not park on Lawson’s Road or on any grass verges around the Park/Zoo as you might receive a parking ticket. Ideally use the pay car parking at the Model Village or the overflow parking at the zoo.
There will be a catering van at this event. Team Managers are asked to make sure that their clubs runners/spectators take away their own rubbish from the venue as they leave.
