Impact Marathon Series is a social impact organisation using #powerofrunning to change lives and build stronger communities.
How it works:
Your club will travel together, volunteer together, and run together.
An Impact Marathon is about more than running and fundraising. During race week, our runners will work with local charities in the community, assisting with post-conflict healing. We are empowering the way people fundraise, by giving our runners the opportunity to help firsthand as part of their challenge. Our racers will visit, meet, and run with the very people whose lives they are changing. We have partnered with Global Citizen and the Global Goals, tackling global issues organically and in a sustainable way through the sheer #powerofrunning.
Each race day has a marathon, half marathon, and 10k or 5k race – catering to all abilities.

So where do you come in?

This is a once in a lifetime experience for your club to use your love of running to make a huge impact for small communities.

We have a few spaces left on our Nepal Impact Marathon on 26th November 2016, for anyone spontaneous who wants to join us! – nepalmarathon.co.uk
We are also taking bookings for our inaugural Colombia Impact Marathon, on 18th February 2016 – colombiamarathon.com
During the trips, your runners will be mixing with up to 200 other runners and endurance athletes, sharing the experience and building relationships through the community. We can also consider branding opportunities dependent on the number of runners from your charity.

We do not set a fundraising target, as we know that runners who take part in races regularly can struggle asking their family and friends for money over and over. We do ask our runners to fundraise, as the money goes directly to the projects they volunteer with on the trip, but we are here to offer advice and support every step of the way.

Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to sign up your team.
